I’ve recently moved to Nambucca Heads on the NSW Mid North Coast, and I’m excited to be offering new Hatha Yoga classes at my home studio in Nambucca and at the Ishara Yoga and Massage Centre in Macksville.
NAMBUCCA CLASS
Thursday 10 am – HATHA
MACKSVILLE CLASSES
Saturday 8 am – HATHA
HATHA YOGA – breath, energy, focus, balance, active and passive poses, fluid movement, strength, relaxation, yang and yin
RESTORE YOGA – breath, deep relaxation, passive supported poses, still, quiet, calming, gentle, receptive, restorative, yin
I will be starting a day time gentle RESTORE YOGA class in Nambucca in the new year. Please let me know if you are interested in this.
Classes run for 1.5 hours – 90 minutes
$20 CASH
$15 CONCESSION
